Are You A Leader? Would You Like To Be One?

Finally a Place to Get The Real MLM Success Help You Need

Real MLM Success all starts with training by Vic Hutchinson. What I love about the training is, it brings me warriors. All told, for me and everybody else who has used it since it first was introduced,  the training has had thousands of downloads. And more than half those people are what I call Warriors.
They’ve struggled with M-L-M. They know they can do it and achieve the dream of financial independence, but they just haven’t quite got it right yet. They have questions. Vic Hutchinson’s story resonates with them. These are people who will never, ever, ever quit. This is exactly the person you want on your team. They are dead serious about building a network marketing business. They will not be discouraged. They will not be stopped. THAT is a warrior. That is who you want to go into battle with.
Along with Vic’s training is a free, hot, lead generation system. I’ve never seen any other M-L-M lead generation system that brings you this type of lead time after time after time. The Guru List Buster software developed by Vic will do this for you.
If you haven’t seen Vic’s training site video, I strongly suggest you go to it now at  http://jointomwagner.com, sign up and download the training.
To build your own big income in M-L-M, the people you sponsor will need a constant stream of hot pr0spects. I can help you do that for them, and for yourself.

Your Prospects need a System

I saw a comment from a successful internet marketer this week that I think is very important to consistently remind ourselves of.
Almost everybody we talk to about network marketing is an employee. They come from an employee mindset. Very few are actually business owners.

The employee mindset is: “OK. I really want to be successful on my own. I don’t want to have a boss. I want to make more money. What do I do?” The employee mindset is NOT: “OK. I’m going to work this out for myself and come up with my own business plan.”

The point this guy was making is, the most important word when you are talking to a prospect is “system.”
Let me repeat that. Heck, let me SCREAM that. THE MOST IMPORTANT WORD WHEN YOU ARE TALKING TO A PROSPECT IS:
SYSTEM SYSTEM SYSTEM SYSTEM SYSTEM SYSTEM SYSTEM SYSTEM!

You have to give them a step-by-step system. They have to see a system that can work for them. You have to show them how it has worked for others, and you have to show them, step-by-step, exactly what they will do with it. But it’s more than just that. Your prospect not only has the opportunity to use a system that is tested and proven to work, but they also have the opportunity to talk to their prospects about that tested, proven system – which every prospect needs and wants. It’s really important.

You need to hammer prospects about the system. I mean, REALLY hammer them on this. Most prospects think, “Oh, this company has a great product. That’s what I need.” Or, “Oh, I’m personally sponsored by the heavy hitter. That’s what I need.” Or, “It’s been proven that this compensation plan pays out 80%, and over 90% of the people who use it are successful.”
NO NO NO NO NO NO NO!

Most prospects could use the “Success In 10 Steps” ebook to have success, but some won’t. Everybody knows that a new person needs a tested, proven system to start with. If you have a better, tested, proven system, fine. The one based on “Success in 10 Steps” has been used for 4 years, and constantly produces targeted leads.

That’s what those with the “employee mindset” need more than anything – good prospects to talk to. Just getting a few really targeted prospects a week can change their lives. System? Yes. Use it. And talk to your prospects about it. Believe me, they know they need it.
To build your own big income in M-L-M, the people you sponsor will need a constant stream of hot prospects. “Success in 10 Steps” can help you do that for them, and for yourself. ITS ALWAYS TOO EARLY TO QUIT

Have you ever thought about giving up working your MLM or Network Marketing business? You didn’t did you? Good, because there are a number of things you should consider before making a final decision. Frank Stuckey, a Diamond Partner in my main business says it very well in the following paragraphs.

There’s certainly nothing new about it: quitting.

People have forever quit on everything. People quit jobs, quit going to the gym, quit going to church, quit on their marriages, and in some cases even quit on themselves.

At your MLM company, the ONLY way to lose is to quit.

So, it’s not going as fast as you would like. You talked to your brother in law and he said “No”. Big deal.

You would be amazed at how many people who do get rich in network marketing — were tempted to quit right before it all came together for them.

But there is no disputing the fact that in this microwave society of instant results we live in, that most people get tired of waiting, trying, dreaming and just give up. Why is this?

The following is at least a partial list of reasons (excuses) why people quit:

1. They really were never very clear about what they wanted to begin with. It’s not enough to say, “I want more money”, or, “I want to be a success”. You must have an exact, specific, detailed image of what you are doing this for. “Your why better make you cry.”

2. They thought it would be easier. Let’s be honest. We want it, and we want it handed to us, and we want it now. The winning lottery numbers, yeah, that would be easy.

3. They thought it would happen sooner and more quickly. They don’t want to wait, pay the price and really grow the business. “What, I’ve been working my company for six months and I’m not financially independent yet!”

4. They didn’t think it would involve work. Sounds funny, even to say it, but is true. Many people don’t get the concept that their company is a business like anything else and involves work to get it where you want it. Work this like a business, and it will reward you like a business.

5. They let someone kill their dreams. Dream stealers, they’re everywhere. They think it’s their place in life to tell you all the reasons that this won’t work.

Everyone from your neighbor to your in-laws has an opinion about everything. Everyone thinks they are the final authority. I have a clue for you: If the guy or gal (including your spouse) giving their opinion doesn’t earn the kind of income and have the kind of lifestyle that you would like to have, what are you even listening to them for?

6. Biggest reason of all: Somewhere along the way, they lost faith in themselves and the opportunity.

Look over the above list carefully. Are there any area’s in your experience where you are wavering? Thinking about giving up?

It is important to continually feed your mind with the right kind of knowledge and encouragement through books, DVD’s and CD’s. If you’ve been reading your companies e-News, listening to the Conference calls, monthly products calls, receiving your leadership groups updates, plugged into your leadership groups conference calls and rallies, you already know why I’m a fanatic about self-improvement.

I had someone say a little sarcastically one time, “You really ARE into this self- improvement thing aren’t you?”

To which I answered, “Well, yes… I guess I am. Since I suppose the alternative would be what? Not be interested in self-improvement?”

Listen. Keep going for it. Just do the work, and enjoy the process. Find ways to celebrate even those who say “no”. Don’t expect that there will always be a crowd cheering you on.

The truth is, most people don’t want to see you succeed big time anyway. They are afraid you’ll get too far ahead of them. They’re afraid your success will show their lack of effort for what it is.

Don’t Give Up!!!

To your Success,
Tom Wagner

SERMONS WE SEE

I’d rather see a sermon than hear one any day,
I’d rather one should walk with me than merely show the way.
The eye’s a better pupil and more willing than the ear;
Fine counsel is confusing, but example’s always clear;
And the best of all the preachers are the men who live their creeds,
For to see the good in action, is what everybody needs.
I can soon learn how to do it if you’ll let me see it done.
I can watch your hands in action, but your tongue too fast may run.
And the lectures you deliver may be very wise and true;
But I’d rather get my lesson by observing what you do.
For I may misunderstand you and the high advice you give,
But there’s no misunderstanding how you act and how you live.

The best advice I can give you all is “Learn by Example,” “Follow by Example,” and “Teach by Example.” Make it a learning day.

HOW TO BULLET PROOF YOUR BUSINESS

Company buildingWhat if you started building an M-L-M business, and then your company went belly-up? Don’t laugh – it has happened to many, many people in this business. What would you do? Would you have to start over from scratch?
Well – NOT if you have strong trusting relationships with your people! If you have taken the time and made the effort to build that steel-ribbed “know, like, & trust,” then your people will stick with you. They will follow you to your next company. They will trust in your judgment.
If you haven’t built those relationships, your future is very much in doubt. Why take that chance? As you build your team, work hard at getting close to every person in your group. That strategy will pay off for you big-time, whether your current company is around forever or not.
I can help you learn and apply this principle. If you would like to plug into our ongoing, live trainings, then give me a call at 330-704-2029 or reply right now by getting my free ebook, Success in 10 Steps, at

THE FALL OF A LEADER

Michael and Linda Dlouhy get requests all the time from Leaders in many
different Network Marketing Companies to write an article
to address some of the problems that plague our industry.

The following is what they wrote about leadership in our industry.
“When a great leader falls because of a lack of integrity, it is
very painful for all involved. Tearing another person down to
build yourself up, only leads to a false impression of yourself.

When someone is tearing others down in front of You this is
a guarantee they will do the same to You behind Your back.
Ultimately you will crash and burn from your lack of character.

The question is:

Would You Want This Person As Your Sponsor ?

Life can give us challenges in many areas of our life. How we
handle those challenges ourselves and who helps us, can
determine our success or failure. Loyalty to do the right thing
enters into all decisions. Friendships built on loyalty and trust
are like support beams for a foundation.

A foundation is the beginning. This applies to your marriage,
your friendships, your home and your business. If you build
them correctly, they will sustain you your lifetime. If you
build carelessly everything will crumble around you.

Leaders are built. Day by day, Lesson by lesson. When a
leader chooses to fall, they sacrifice their integrity, their
honor and their character.

If after knowing the facts and fully utilizing their “critical
thinking skills” when someone decides to leave Your Team
please wish them all the best.

Excerpt from “Launching a Leadership Revolution”
Foundational Leadership Quality: Honorable

Integrity can be considered as the condition of “not doing
what’s wrong.” Character can be defined as doing the right
things, for the mere reason that it is the right thing, even if
that thing is difficult and unpopular.

The two sewn together make honor. Author Jeff O’Leary,
in The Centurion Principles, writes, ” ‘Honor’ encompasses
the virtues of integrity and honesty, self-denial, loyalty, and
a servant’s humility to those in authority above as well as a
just and merciful heart to those below.”

Honor is such a rarely used word in our times that it seems
a little old-fashioned. But living a life of integrity and character
is timeless and, for a leader, absolutely necessary. It’s about
choices, and a person’s choices in life follow him to the grave.

Is this to say that a person needs to be perfect to become a
leader? Of course not. Perfection in this life is not possible,
and we, the authors, are certainly not exceptions. However,
a leader must strive continually toward perfection even though
she knows she can never exactly attain it.

It is a question of the heart. The most effective leaders through
out history have led with their hearts, in trust, and with honor.
If a leader cuts corners, misuses people, or misrepresents, the
truth, a time bomb begins ticking. Someday, somewhere, the
bomb will go off. It is obvious in our times only too often: public
figures at the pinnacles of power and fame crash and burn in
the cloud of self-inflicted shame. From political scandals to
high-profile corporate frauds, these calamities are brought
on by a lack of honor in the leadership.

“Human happiness and moral duty are inseparably connected.”

The difference between leaders we revile and those we praise
is their individual level of honor. In fact, honor is the force that
holds a leader’s hunger in check.

Without honor, hunger runs rampant and ultimately serves
only selfish interests. Honor is the component that makes
hunger productive for the leader’s fellow man. In fact, what
we are basically describing here is another “old-fashioned”
word: duty.

George Washington said of duty, “Human happiness and
moral duty are inseparably connected.” So leadership is
spawned by hunger and held in check by honor.

Under that combination, leaders will find happiness in the
fulfillment of their duty to others. It has been said that the
character of a man is the only thing that will walk back
from the grave into the hearts of the people who knew him.

That is the legacy of a leader. The words a leader say and
the walk a leader walks must match. As the saying goes,
“Your word is your worth and your worth is your word.”

Andy Stanley, author of The Next Generation Leader, says,
“To become a leader worth following you must give time and
attention to the inner man.

To leave a legacy that goes beyond accomplishment alone,
a leader must devote himself to matters of the heart.”
Character is developed in the valleys and the peaks of life,
enabling a person to overcome obstacles and deal with
success.

Abraham Lincoln observed, “Nearly all men can handle
adversity, but if you really want to test a man’s character -
give him power.” Character connects a person to what is
right and true.

If reputation is what others think of you, then character is
what God knows about you. This concept of honor is so
important to a leader because people will follow a leader
only as far as they feel they can trust him.

People will not follow a leader they can’t trust. According
to R. Ruth Barton, “We set young leaders up for a fall if
we encourage them to envision what they can do before
they consider the kind of person they should be.

” Warren Bennis tells us, “In the leadership arena,
character counts. I am not saying this casually, of studies,
observations, and interviews with leaders and with the
people near them…. I’ve never seen a person derailed
from [leadership] positions for lack of technical competence.

But I’ve seen lots of people derailed for lack of judgment
and character.” And, as Heraclitus said, “Man’s character
is his fate.” Finally, it should be remembered that a major
component of honor is personal courage.

Without the courage to do what’s right because it’s right,
regardless of ramifications to self, one is not truly worthy
to be called a leader.

When people don’t “Believe” they deserve Success they
will self destruct every time…. This is the reason we tell
everyone we meet to “Participate” in the 30 Day Mental
Cleanse if You want to own Your life.”

AS AN ADULT, EVER READ TO A CHILD?

I just could not help but pass this along to you, my reader. This is from a web site by a popular childrens’ book author and speaker, Linda Brickman. I think she bridges the gap between being a child and an adult. Her thoughts and philosophies presented in these following  paragraphs from her home web page presents beautiful standards for life…Enjoy!

“Dear Parents who read to their children,

“We must teach our children to dream with their eyes open.” – Harry Edwards

Have you, as an adult, ever read to a child? I have, and I must add with lots of passion and enthusiasm to the child or children I am reading to, so they will feel excited about the story. And, how often once we start reading, do we feel like that child reawakened by this enthusiasm and wish we were children once again? As I will share the following stories with you and your children, think like Tinker Bell and never allow that feeling inside to grow old. Continue to have an open vision of the future ahead and in the activities your lives will present to you. With an open mind and open heart, you may view each detail in life just as if you were living your childhood once again, but this time with renewed vigor for each activity you pursue.

During your children’s lives as well as your own, you will face many challenges that will cause you to struggle and deviate from your directed paths. Remember, it is the journey through life, and not the destination that is so important. Each story you share with your children will help you embark on another path in your personal journey of life. Whether it’s a verse on respect, discipline, family, love, work, appreciation, teamwork, or other lessons you will learn about, keep in mind that these are the core values that you teach your children while they are young.

Sometimes when you are scared and find yourselves lost, whether it is a new job, new surroundings, new school, new home, new friends, or just a new day, open your eyes and see what the world has to offer you. There are unlimited resources surrounding you that you may not see that could be of the greatest wealth to you. Open your arms and your eyes and you will see what the future can give to you, your family, and friends. If you do not accept the challenge, then you are left holding yourselves. You are all worthy of the knowledge and prosperity that exists, if you take the opportunity to search it out. You cannot fail if you make an attempt. You only fail, if you do not take action.

In our lives no one is alone. We all have families, friends, and/or partners that we live with. We need to stay focused to what we choose to do in our life: put blinders on to only see the positive, keep a deaf ear and blocking out negative influences we all will face, and continue to strive for excellence. Be the best we can be, and not the best that there is. Be a visionary for yourself and your children, and take leadership to be the role model for them and teach them how to dream. Remember always that wisdom is not being wise, but that it in order to be wise it takes wisdom to know the difference.

Keep your eyes focused on the positive and never look back. The forward is yet to come. Keep the desire, the passion, your commitment burning, and focus on your vision.

As Les Brown says: “If you shoot for the moon, even if you miss you will always land among the stars.” Believe in yourself and you will always succeed.
